Impriano replaced the roof, gutters, soffits, facia, windows, and siding and porch columns on our 40+ year old home. We were able to set up an appointment promptly and make arrangements for temporary repairs to the roof to hold us over until the roof could be replaced. Half the cost of the repair was credited to the new roof. A family owned business, Jack Impriano was our initial contact and was very knowledgeable about both the products and installation process. Since our roof was well past its prime, it was way overdue for replacement, and we didn’t realize our house insurance would still partially cover us for damage during a high-wind and rainstorm a month prior. Jack actually met with the insurance adjuster, twice, and was able to increase the sum the insurance company originally offered, covering about 1/3 of the cost of the roof replacement. There was minimal damage to the roof of our shed, and they repaired it as well. On this large job, the roof work came first, and the crew was excellent, working long hours and cleaning the site each night before the roof was done. Windows came next, and when one screen had a very small hole, they promptly replaced it, along with one window lock that didn’t function. The siding, gutters, soffits, facia, and porch columns were completed in about a week, making it about 1 ½ weeks for the entire job. The weather was on our side and there was no down time for rain. Again, the crew was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Being that the house hadn’t been updated since the early 80’s, there were some surprises along the way with additional repairs to be addressed. We were informed of any problems as they came up and solutions were applied efficiently and cost effectively. Communications with the home office were excellent, informing us of the schedule and next steps along the way. Jack or one of the other company representatives checked the site and work progress regularly. The old adage that you get what you pay for applies here. There are likely cheaper roof & siding companies, but as a long-term investment in our most important asset, we could not be more pleased with the outcome of this large project with Impriano Roofing & Siding and would highly recommend them to others.

From start to finish, the representatives of Impriano were extremely professional and competent. We checked references beforehand and heard very positive reports. The initial estimate process with Greg was thorough and thoughtful. He answered all our questions as well as arranging for larger samples of the colors we were considering. The price was fair. The work crew that put the siding on the house had an amazing work ethic as well as being technically sound. The way they cleaned up at the end of each day was great. They were courteous and as unobtrusive as possible, they were a pleasure to have around. Most importantly, the quality of the work was outstanding. In addition, the office was good in letting us know of any possible changes in work schedule due to weather. We would recommend this company in a minute. In fact we have already done so to a friend who needs a new roof.

Please accept my thanks for the great work done by the Impriano Team at the property in Springfield this past month. You, Eric, Ben and the rest of the crew were courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone took a sincere interest to make sure the work was completed in a professional and timely manner. I have to say Impriano Roofing and Siding is the most competent organization I have ever dealt with! They are on top of every aspect of the work they are doing. They respond to every concern and question, no matter how bothersome it may be. They did my roof completely in 2 days. Not a nail or piece of roofing anywhere on my property. Extras were explained and priced before they started. Unforeseen extras were priced fairly, probably below market cost. No inflated extra costs with Impriano! My new roof and siding are beautiful! This letter is to inform you that the crew that replaced our roof did a great job. They cleaned up as they went along and even went beyond on the final clean up. The house looked great as well as the garden in front from their work, I even saw them dust off the window sill in front of the house - very meticulous and very much appreciated. The crew was also very polite and courteous as well.

The roofing crew and carpenter who installed the attic windows all did wonderful jobs. I'm very, very pleased with the level of workmanship. I know we all tend to focus on cost on jobs of this scale, but what really matters most is the craftsmanship and attention to detail. That's what lasts, long after any money is spent.
